1. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must have a valid Facebook/Instagram Business account and comply with Facebook Platform policies.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and access tokens.

2. Use of the Service

• The Service enables you to view, manage, and respond to Instagram messages and to set automation rules.
• You must ensure that any content you send or automate via the Service complies with Instagram Community Guidelines and applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you misuse the Service or violate these Terms.

3. Facebook/Instagram Compliance

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable Facebook Platform Terms, Instagram Terms of Use, and Developer Policies. You are solely responsible for maintaining the necessary permissions and ensuring that your use of the Service aligns with Facebook’s requirements.

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data described in that policy. If you need data deletion, please follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page.

5. Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding content provided by you) are owned by BashForward or its licensors.
• You retain ownership of your messages, rules, and workspace data.
• You grant BashForward a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• BashForward is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the fees (if any) you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts and requesting data deletion if desired.

8. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
