  • Instagram Business Account identifiers, Page identifiers, and display names.
  • Access tokens provided by Facebook to allow the Service to retrieve messages and conversations.
  • Direct messages, attachments, and metadata necessary to display conversations inside the Service.
  • User account details (name, email) used to create and manage your workspace within the Service.

2. How We Use Information

The data we collect is used to:

  • Provide messaging functionality, including viewing, replying to, and managing Instagram conversations.
  • Enable automated rules and responses that you configure.
  • Maintain workspace membership, audit logs, and security controls.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including Facebook/Instagram Platform requirements.

Conversation data and access tokens are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. You may request deletion of data at any time by following the data deletion instructions below.
